National visibility will help in recruiting patients suffering from salivary gland disease.
International visibility will be essential as being part of network of international leaders in the field.
International scientific collaboration is the other main benefit of becoming a reference center.
Conditions :
- The reference center must provide evidence of being surgically active in the field (performing at least 100 sialendoscopies per year).
- The reference center will provide evidence of continuous teaching of this technique. It must provide as well an affiliation to university activities.
- Applications must be sent to the International Advisory Board for Reference Centers.
